Good Afternoon Drummo Families,

🏀🐉Firstly, we would like to thank all families in our club for their support over the first half of the season. The family focused philosophy of Drummo Dragons was evidenced by the tremendous amount of food donations we collected today for the Ballarat Soup Bus. A big thank you to Rebecca Molloy for organizing! A point of emphasis in our club is to help develop good players and good citizens and this was one of our initiatives towards this objective.

🏀🐉Secondly, with the conclusion of today’s game we now go into a summer break. The season will resume the week of Monday February 5th. We anticipate starting training the week of Monday January 29th however, we will confirm this closer to the date. We will keep the same training times and locations that we have had for the first half of this season when we return. This season will conclude in March and the winter season will start in April.

🏀🐉Lastly, we hope all of our families have a happy and safe festive season. Enjoy the break from the after school shuffle to trainings! Remember putting a basketball in your child’s hands is a great way to get them off the screen and out of house over the summer.
